You are not legally required to use an agency. However, working with a licensed agency significantly simplifies the process. We handle candidate sourcing, background screening, government paperwork, Work Permit applications, insurance, and ongoing support — saving you considerable time and effort.

For transfer helpers who are already in Singapore, placement can take as little as one to two weeks. For helpers coming from overseas, the process typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on factors like document processing, Work Permit approval, and flight availability.

A new helper is someone who has not worked in Singapore before. She will need to attend the Settling-In Programme (SIP) upon arrival. A transfer helper is already in Singapore and has experience working here. Transfer helpers can often start sooner and are already familiar with local living conditions.
